Habits control our life. Person who avoid sugar and sweets doesn’t have cravings for sugar and fast food. Same with other things. Alcohol and even workingout. If gym became your routine (a habit) than its so easy to stand up and go for 2 hours of jogging or running.
It’s Sunday morning, I did make a huge progress in quitting smoking and few other things.
1. I don’t smoke for more than 5 days, I’m going really strong.
2. I lost around 5-6 pounds already. No more puffy face. I do workout every day, here is my schedule
a) Running (trying to burn 700 calories) + elliptical (300 calories) + strength training
3. Eating well
a) Morning: 1 glass of water with 2 lemon juice squeezed, 1 avocado, 2 poached eggs, hand of mixed unsalted walnuts
b) Dinner, 2 different types of salads (a huge bowl) + natural goat yogurt (3-4 big spoons)
c) late dinner after workout (few slices of pineapple – to boost a testosterone and help lungs to recover after smoking), one small piece of salmon + big bowl of salad again with goat yogurt
d) Supplements after workout – MVP-365, Zmk, Vitamin C, L-Arginine,
e) Supplements to look younger – collagen, MSM, Vitamin C, L-Lysine, Hyaluronic Acid, DMAE Bitartrate
Mood changed and motivation increasing. I have still cravings for cigarettes once per day. I keep going with motivational video from Jay Alvarez channel. It really helps. Flegma which goes out from my lungs its really disturbing. After a 2nd run I was coughing like crazy. I still cough, maybe a bit less.
